Courier Service: We use Courier Post NZ as our main door-to-door shipping agent for all deliveries within New Zealand.

Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.

Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, we expect your parcel to arrive within 14 days of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and public holidays.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.

Rural Deliveries: Please allow extra time for rural or remote area deliveries.

While we aim to deliver your order within 14 days of purchase, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control—such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or high seasonal demand.

🌍 International Shipping

Our parcels travel the world with the same care and intention that shape every Soapra creation. Each order is sent via NZ Post, a service designed for lightweight journeys up to 4 lbs (1.8 kg).

Once your parcel begins its travels, you’ll receive a tracking number; however, this service offers limited tracking beyond New-Zealand, and updates may pause as your parcel moves across borders.

Delivery times unfold at their own rhythm — often 7–30 days, guided by flight paths, seasonal flow, and the pace of your country’s customs. Because this service does not include guaranteed delivery dates, we ask for patience as your parcel makes its way to you.

Upon arrival, your local customs office may request duties, taxes, or import fees before releasing your parcel. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

While we prepare each parcel with care, international delivery cannot be guaranteed, and transit times may vary.
